UI/UX Designer Job (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing their skills, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
2. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
4. Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
5. Work closely with the development team to implement designs and ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:
1. Knowledge or work experience in the web3 space (blockchain, cryptocurrency, decentralized applications, NFTs, etc.).
2. Experience with motion design, interactive prototyping, or front-end development.
