We are seeking a skilled Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing B2B commerce solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
This role involves creating customized storefronts, managing account onboarding, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring smooth data flows to optimize the customer journey and enhance the e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Storefront Creation and Customization : Design, develop, and customize B2B storefronts on Salesforce Commerce Cloud to meet client requirements.
2. Ensure user-friendly interfaces, robust functionality, and an intuitive shopping experience.
3. Account Onboarding and Management : Develop automated account onboarding processes and manage user authentication and authorization.
4. Set up account hierarchies, user roles, and permissions to align with business structures.
5. Integration and Data Flow Management : Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, etc.).
6. Utilize APIs and custom scripts to ensure data synchronization and operational efficiency across platforms.
7. Technical Consultation and Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant to stakeholders, providing insights on B2B Commerce Cloud capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to align solutions with business goals.
9. Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, implementing best practices to optimize site performance and security.
10. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the system meets scalability and performance standards.
11. Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain documentation for developed solutions, integrations, and configurations.
12. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer certification or equivalent Salesforce certifications.
2. Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is a plus.
