Motion Graphic Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Video production: Plan and edit high-quality videos that align with the brand's marketing goals and objectives. Guide the production team for the kind of output needed in line and concurrence with the brand. Collaborate with the marketing team & the creative content writer to conceptualize and storyboard video projects
2. Animation: Create 2D animations to enhance video content and storytelling. Develop animations that effectively communicate complex concepts or engage the audience
3. Editing: Edit raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, proper pacing, and visual appeal. Incorporate graphics, effects, and sound to enhance video quality
4. Post-production: Add music, voiceovers, and sound effects to videos to create a polished and engaging final product. Handle color correction and grading for visual consistency
5. Motion graphics: Design and animate motion graphics and visual effects to convey information and enhance the visual appeal of videos
6. Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling video narratives that align with brand messaging
7. Visual consistency: Maintain visual consistency across all video content to reinforce the brand's identity and message
8. Software proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in video editing and animation software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and related tools
9. Creative input: Provide creative input and ideas for video projects and marketing campaigns. Keep up-to-date with video and animation trends to incorporate fresh ideas
10. Project management: Manage video projects from concept to completion, adhering to project timelines and deadlines
11. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing team members, designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives
12. Quality control: Ensure that all video and animation content meets high standards of quality, resolution, and visual appeal
13. Feedback incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to refine and improve video content
14. Asset management: Organize and manage video and animation assets, including footage, graphics, and sound files
15. Legal compliance: Ensure that all video and animation content complies with relevant legal and copyright guidelines
16. Content optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
