Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for our company culture and requirements.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
3. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as conduct reference checks.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in MS-Excel for reporting purposes.
6. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
