1. System Setup: Establish and maintain a structured product development process, including creating and optimizing workflows, templates, and documentation for the full product lifecycle.
2. Product Development: Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure features are implemented according to specifications.
3. Jira Management: Set up and manage Jira boards, workflows, and sprints to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure clear visibility of tasks and project status across teams.
4. Scrum Coordination: Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist with backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.
5. Technical Writing: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documents to ensure clear communication of product features and system setups.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze product performance, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement to inform future product enhancements.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine the product development process, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role in a software development environment.
3. Proficient in Jira, including experience setting up boards, workflows, and managing backlogs.
4. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies; certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
5. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
8. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
