The 'Product Manager' will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web acceleration technologies, CDN storage solutions, and zone management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and support to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute the product roadmap for web acceleration, storage, and zone management products.
2. Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure product specifications meet the market demands and customer expectations.
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify product opportunities and areas of improvement.
4. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: from concept to planning, execution, and post-launch optimization.
5. Create and maintain product documentation, including feature requirements, use cases, and user stories.
6. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product offerings align with client needs and industry trends.
7. Oversee product performance analytics, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
8. Ensure alignment of product strategies with overall company goals.
9. Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally, conducting presentations, demos, and training sessions.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field.
- 1+ years as a product manager, preferably in CDN, web acceleration, or cloud storage.
- In-depth knowledge of CDN technologies, web acceleration, storage solutions, and zone management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
- Strong grasp of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and network protocols.
- Experience with data analytics tools for product performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud services, load balancing, and global distribution.
- Familiarity with Edge Computing, Content Optimization, and Latency Reduction.
- Experience in Agile environments; DevOps knowledge is a plus.
