We're looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team and create compelling visual assets that elevate our clients' brands. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of diverse businesses.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze client needs, brand identity, and industry trends to develop effective design strategies
2. Set efficient timelines for projects to ensure timely delivery
3. Design a wide range of assets, including logos, social media creatives, animated posts, brochures, flyers, website mockups, presentations, and other marketing and stationery collateral
4. Skillfully utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant software to bring concepts to life
5. Partner with content writer, strategist, and clients to ensure design ideas align with marketing goals
6. Effectively communicate design concepts and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Minimum of one year of relevant experience in graphic design
2. A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is required
3. Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
4. Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
5. Ability to generate creative concepts and execute them with technical precision
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Passionate about design and eager to learn new skills
8. Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate integrity, and maintain composure
9. Organized, able to follow instructions, and open to feedback
1. We prefer candidates with a degree in design or a related field
2. Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency is a plus
