About the job

We are looking for a proactive virtual hiring consultant to join our team on a work-from-home basis and help us recruit top talent in the BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance) industry. This is a remote role that allows you to work from the comfort of your home with the requirement of dedicating 8 hours daily.

Key responsibilities:

1. End-to-end recruitment: Manage the hiring process for BFSI roles from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
2. Candidate sourcing: Utilize job portals and other resources to identify and attract suitable candidates.
3. Interview coordination: Schedule and arrange interviews, keeping in close contact with candidates throughout the interview process, from initial screening to post-joining support.
4. Networking: Gather references actively and build a professional network within the BFSI sector.

4. Home office setup: Must own a computer or laptop and have a stable internet connection to facilitate remote work.

5. Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
