No Rangoli-making work is involved in this role.
You can still play antakshari once in a while if you can convince other people to play with you
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment while coordinating with clients and candidates
2. Cold-calling prospects to match open job positions with the right talent
3. Searching and recruiting candidates for various clients
4. Having a truck loads of patience as people can be annoying

2. One-time performance-based bonus of up to 3,00,000 LPA is paid at the end of the year.
