We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting our courses, driving enrollments, and ensuring prospective students understand the value of our programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for political education, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Engage: Identify and reach out to potential students through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
2. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery sessions with leads to understand their goals and explain how our courses can help them achieve these.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to nurture long-term interest in our programs.
4. Follow-Up and Conversion: Manage and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all courses, workshops, and events offered by the School of Politics to confidently discuss program details and benefits.
6. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, lead status, and conversions. Provide insights and feedback for improving the sales strategy.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and events.
