Key responsibilities:

1. Woking on client acquisition and relationship management:
i. Identifying new business opportunities: Seeking new clients actively by researching and identifying potential business partners.
ii. Building and maintaining client relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients and building trust for repeat business.
iii. Working on client meetings and presentations: Scheduling and attending meetings to pitch the consultancy's services to potential clients, highlighting recruitment solutions.
iv. Understanding client needs: Gathering detailed information about client requirements and delivering customized recruitment services.
2. Working on market research and analysis:
i. Working on industry research: Conducting research on market trends, competition, and industry changes to identify new business prospects.
ii. Working on competitor analysis: Monitoring competitor activities to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and strategies.
iii. Identifying gaps in services: Recommending enhancements to the consultancy's offerings based on market research.
3. Developing recruitment strategies:
i. Collaborating with recruitment teams: Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
ii. Designing talent acquisition plans: Creating effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet the demands of specific industries or clients.
iii. Negotiating contracts: Assisting in negotiating terms and conditions with clients, including service level agreements (SLAs) and pricing.
4. Working on sales and revenue generation:
i. Handling lead generation: Identifying and pursuing leads to generate new business and increase the company's client base.
ii. Working on sales targets: Achieving assigned revenue targets by securing new business deals and growing existing accounts.
iii. Working on proposal development: Preparing proposals and presentations for clients, detailing the recruitment solutions and value propositions.
