Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Dobby Ads creative design services.
2. Generate and convert leads through cold calling, emails, and other channels.
3. Present and promote Dobby Ads design solutions to potential clients, highlighting our expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D animation.
4. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver projects aligned with client expectations.
7. Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, creative services, and e-commerce to enhance business development strategies.

Education and experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing, creative services, or design-related roles.
3. Recent graduates are eligible to apply.
4. Sales or business development certifications, or additional training in digital marketing, are advantageous.
