Associate UI/UX Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with different stake holders / team members to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
2. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
3. Document user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
4. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to improve the user experience.
6. Work within an agile team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with the development process.
7. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
8. Maintain design libraries and ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
3. Experience with prototyping tools and wireframing.
4. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.
6. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly interfaces.
