We are seeking an enthusiastic 'AI Solution Engineer' with at least one year of hands-on experience in technology, particularly with Python, AI/ML, or related fields. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and support AI solutions that drive business outcomes. The candidate will be responsible for completing the given tasks on time and collaborating with the teams seamlessly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required skills:
1. Python: Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting, model development, or automation tasks.
2. AI/ML: Knowledge or experience in developing AI/ML models, using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and concisely to different audiences.
4. Presentation Skills: Experience presenting technical information to both internal teams and external clients, with the ability to effectively engage an audience.
5. Listening & Articulation: Strong active listening skills to capture and understand client needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
6. Project Lifecycle Know-how: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, with exposure to different project phases such as design, development, testing, and deployment.
7. Problem Solving: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI/ML models or technical solutions.
