Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new user-facing features using React.js/Next.Js.
2. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
3. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
4. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
5. Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability.
6. Write clear and maintainable code with adequate documentation.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end development.
Preferred Qualification :
1. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
2. Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
3. Knowledge of modern ECMAScript.
4. Understanding of responsive design principles.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
6. Portfolio of past projects demonstrating React skills.

Experience: 1 to 3 years
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
6. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
7. Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools.
8. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Good communication and teamwork skills.
