About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Backend development:
a. Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic using Python.
b. Collaborating with other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

2. Frontend development:
a. Developing efficient and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
b. Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

3. Database management:
a. Designing and implementing database models and schemas.
b. Optimizing database performance and ensuring data security.

4. API development:
a. Creating robust and scalable RESTful APIs.
b. Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.

5. AI ML solutions:
a. Implement Gen AI RAG solutions using LangChain, Langraph, Llamaindex in Python.
b. Developing AI/ML solutions utilizing Cloud APIs.

6. Testing and debugging:
a. Conducting thorough testing of applications, identifying and resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks.

7. Collaboration:
a. Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (4-5 years) as a full stack Python developer.

3. Strong knowledge of Python web frameworks (Django, Flask).

4. Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

5. Proficiency in database systems (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).

6. Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

1. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

3. Hands-on experience in implementing GenAI RAG solutions using LangChain, Langraph, Llamaindex in Python.

4. Experience in developing AI/ML solutions utilizing cloud APIs.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 12,00,000 /year
