Program Advisor Job

As a Program Advisor in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) division of our Company, you will be an integral part of our team, working from our office location.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guidance and support to individuals interested in our diverse range of programs. You will engage with prospective and existing participants, offering personalized advice to help them make informed decisions about enrolling in programs that align with their career goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized guidance and support: Engage with potential and current participants through various channels to understand their career goals and provide tailored advice on suitable programs. Offer ongoing support and address their inquiries to foster a sense of community and engagement.
2. Expert program knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Expertrons programs, including curriculum, features, benefits, and pricing.
Clearly communicate program details, learning outcomes, and potential career pathways to prospective participants.
3. Enrolment assistance and sales collaboration:
Facilitate the enrolment process by assisting participants with registration, payment procedures, and documentation. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Preferred Skill Sets:

1. Keen interest in educational sales.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Being interested in mentoring students, knack for sales and positioning an idea.

Prerequisites for applying for the position:

1. Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai)
