We are seeking a young, agile 'Product Manager' with expertise in UX/UI, product management, and business analysis. This hands-on role requires creating detailed product briefs, workflows, and specifications while driving collaboration with developers and stakeholders. You'll research market trends, define strategies, and optimize user journeys. While experience is preferred, we value potential, adaptability, and drive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product management & strategy
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Create detailed product briefs, specifications, and business cases for development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows and document user requirements.
2. Business analysis
- Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
- Map user journeys and create workflows to address pain points.
- Translate business needs into measurable product requirements.
3. UX/UI design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver user-centric interfaces and conduct usability testing.
4. Developer collaboration
- Provide detailed explanations of workflows, specifications, and edge cases to developers.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team for seamless execution.
5. Research & optimization
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel for insights.
- Gather user feedback to iterate on product features and improve usability.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Strong analytical and documentation skills for creating specs and workflows.
2. Proficiency in UX/UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
3. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools.
4. Effective communication for simplifying complex concepts.
Preferred Skills
