PHP Developer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend daily start-of-day meetings on time, maintaining 100% attendance
2. Review and take assigned daily tasks from senior team leads
3. Write front-end code with attention to meaningful, aesthetic design as per project requirements
4. Develop backend features and functionalities
5. Integrate third-party REST APIs and develop REST APIs from scratch as needed
6. Work with webhooks to enhance functionality
7. Build highly scalable and reusable code for project sustainability
8. Contribute innovative ideas for client projects and internal projects
9. Complete all daily tasks/goals, fully test them, and submit for approval before end-of-day
10. For senior roles: Establish and reinforce a systematic approach for task completion, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines
11. Take ownership and responsibility for tasks, ensuring completion before deadlines or project launches
12. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on progress and achievements

Requirements:

1. BTech/BSc degree preferred, but candidates with proven technical skills without these degrees may apply for starter-level or suitable roles
2. Dropouts with demonstrable skills and experience are also encouraged to apply
3. Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a PHP Developer with relevant projects
4. Strong understanding of PHP back-end development and web technologies
5. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies
6. Extensive experience with MySQL and strong capabilities in database management
7. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
8. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
9. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performance-focused code with security considerations
