1. Support the 3D Rendering team in ramping up the number of 3D renderings produced each month through growing offshore rendering partners
2. Assist in creating a network of Architectural 3D Rendering Virtual Tour Freelancers
3. Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and ensure timely delivery
4. Manage the flow of newly finished client renderings and client coordination for 3D projects
5. Ensure offshore 3D partners have all relevant information needed to successfully render each client design
6. Publish standards to 3D partners and ensure comprehension and compliance with those standards
7. Conduct quality checks of 3D rendering projects once completed and provide feedback to partners, making adjustments to those not meeting standards
8. Meet 3D rendering production goals each month
9. Handle the core competencies of 3D projects, and quality check standards as per US client requirements, involving 80% of the work, with the rest focused on rendering per business requirements
10. Follow the currently defined 3D production pipeline
11. Maintain proper documentation and records for all 3D rendering projects, including client feedback, QC reports, freelancer reports, and project status
