"Kheoni" is a sustainability-led start-up, born out of a need to plant and sustain a forest, Keshar Parvat (now a biodiversity-awarded site in central India). This involved planting 35000 trees over a barren hill in the last 7 years. To support this and several such initiatives across borders, Kheoni now has a beautiful collection of inclusive and wellness-oriented skincare and natural superfood products.
Our company places a strong emphasis on sustainability in everything we do, making sure that every part of our journey in building the Kheoni brand aligns with our core values. We aim to be leaders in creating natural, eco-friendly products, experiences, and wellness methods. We're looking for individuals who can bring their creativity and skills to the startup environment and work with a sense of ownership in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with airports team and closing gaps on delivery and fulfillment.
2. Being responsible for both sales and quality at the outlets.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working on systems and processes is preferred.
2, Need to work on creating SOPs and strict adherence in following the same.
3. Ensure we achieve performance at each center.
4. Proactiveness and attention to detail is a must.
5. Need someone with a proven track record in putting systems and processes in place, and its implementation.
6. Sense of maturity in getting things done is a must.
