We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 'Lead Generation Specialist' to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Prospecting and lead generation:
1. Conduct research to identify potential leads and target companies using various tools and platforms.
2. Generate leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and networking.
3. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.

II. Lead nurturing:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up communications.
2. Provide relevant information and resources to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

III. Data management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in the CRM system.
2. Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

IV. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new lead-generation tactics and improve existing processes.

V. Market research:
1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
2. Identify new markets and opportunities for growth.
