About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
3. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
5. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage candidates
6. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring positive interactions and effective communication
8. Analyse recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
10. Uphold company values and promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process

Skill(s) required
