1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

4. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
5. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support
