Junior Social Media Manager Job

As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will assist in developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and communications teams to create engaging content and help manage our company's social media profiles.

Key responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop, write, and schedule engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others

2. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and strategies, ensuring they align with business goals and targets

3. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms to foster a positive community and enhance audience engagement

4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content, and prepare regular reports to present findings and insights

5. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into the company's social media strategy

6. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and guidelines

7. Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and support broader company initiatives

8. Ad Management: Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis
