2. Find, hire, and retain talented candidates, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships at the workplace
3. Source and discover top talent for open positions using job boards
4. Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls)
5. Play a pivotal role in building our exceptional team
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment
2. Immediate availability is a plus
3. Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks
4. Knowledge of ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools
5. Good time-management skills
6. Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure
