Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the clients to understand the requirement
2. Source candidates through job portals, dashboard and social media platform
3. Screen and interview the candidate to understand the role and culture fitment
4. Coordinate to schedule the interviews and prepare the candidates as per the requirements
5. Keep the dashboards updated on a daily basis and present the analytical reports on a monthly basis
