Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Develop visually captivating social media posts, banners, website designs, and other digital marketing materials.
2. Conceptualization: Generate innovative design ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and marketing strategies.
3. Visualization: Transform ideas into high-quality graphics and layouts that effectively convey messages and enhance brand presence.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
5. Coordination: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
6. Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, revisions, and feedback to team members and clients.
7. Creativity: Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Who can apply

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media posts, banners, websites, and other digital assets.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

5. Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

7. Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.

8. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,00,001 /year
