Junior Fashion Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data
2. Design sketches for new products with the design team
3. Test and decide on fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design
4. Make field visits for marketing and vendor scouting
5. Communicate technical design information for samples
6. Work with team members to design clothes for upcoming seasons
7. Select fabrics and trims
8. Create tech packs with detailed specifications
9. Develop CAD and digital sketches to present to stakeholders
10. Oversee the prototype sample process
11. Work with the design team to create mood boards
12. Create cost sheets and product lists
