Key responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for full-stack Python development
2. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to participants, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications
3. Provide guidance and support to participants during lab sessions and coding exercises
4. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development and Python programming
5. Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the diverse learning needs of participants
6. Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
7. Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs
