Problem-Solving: Analyze technical issues; implement effective solutions for software quality and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, collaborate, and deliver projects on time.
Desired Skills:
4+ years in Java development, Java EE, Spring Framework.
Proficiency in Java programming, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
Experience with web app development, ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA), SDLC, agile methodologies, Git.
