1. Education: Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in HR (preferred) or a related field
2. Any internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
5. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Familiarity with MS Office and social media tools
