About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the recruitment process by working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs across tech and non-tech roles
2. Assist in sourcing candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, and networking; screen potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
3. Manage candidate pipelines and assist in guiding candidates through the recruitment process; provide feedback to candidates and help them prepare for interviews
4. Help with day-to-day recruitment operations, including maintaining recruitment databases, tracking applications, and coordinating interviews
5. Gain exposure to both tech and non-tech recruitment and learn best practices in the recruitment process; work with mentors and senior recruiters to gain insights into lateral hiring, client management, and candidate engagement

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in HR (preferred) or a related field

2. Any internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field

5. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

7. Familiarity with MS Office and social media tools

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
