Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training logistics
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
4. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
5. Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
6. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions
7. Collaborate with department heads to address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
8. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review
9. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices
10. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department
