Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

We are looking for an 'HR Manager' who will take full responsibility for managing the HR operations of the company. This role requires someone who can work independently, align HR strategies with business objectives, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
3. Handle performance management, including evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
4. Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals.
5. Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation.
6. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
7. Lead initiatives on employee engagement and retention.
8. Manage training and development programs.
9. Act as the point of contact for management and employees on HR-related matters.
10. Prepare reports on HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Ability to manage HR operations independently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
