- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization, utilizing a combination of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions that effectively attract and assess qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, providing recommendations to hiring managers and facilitating the selection process
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from offer to hire
- Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
2. HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and feedback in a timely and confidential manner
- Manage HR documentation and record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of employee information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and projects that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness
