The Admin and HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources and administrative activities within the organization. This role requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, administrative functions, and proficiency in HRMS software. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
2. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
3. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their onboarding process
4. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements
5. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
6. Handle employee inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
3. Proficiency in HRMS software and other relevant HR tools
4. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
