About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding:
i. Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
ii. Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
iii. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper completion of onboarding documentation.
2. Employee records management:
i. Maintain and update employee records in the MS application.
ii. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records and files.
iii. Manage employee attendance and leave records.
3. Learning & development
i. Work on training needs Identification
ii. Ensure identified pieces of training are conducted and calculate ROI on such training.
4. Employee relations management:
i. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
ii. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. HR projects and initiative handling:
i. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
ii. Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
6. Administration:
i. Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
ii. Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to human resources, finance, and marketing.
iii. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
iv. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

Note:

1. Office timings: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm - Monday to Saturday.
2. Salary best to industry standards and candidate performance during the interview.

Other requirements

1. 0 to 3 years of proven experience.

2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF).

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Qualification: MBA in human resources.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 7,20,000 /year
