About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Implement the functional HRMS and internal databases across all facilities, service delivery units, and locations.
2. Take care of both the recruitment team and the internal employee care system.
3. Oversee the payroll and performance evaluation systems.
4. Lead HR projects such as compensation plans and their revisions.
5. Implement the functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
6. Design company policies and procedures, implement them, and ensure that they are strictly adhered to.
7. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements with our employees.
8. Prepare budgets for each company and service delivery unit.
9. Monitor key HR metrics, such as cost per hire and retention rates.
10. Manage internal employee care projects, such as job satisfaction surveys.
11. Evaluate the effectiveness of our employee benefits and recommend improvements.
12. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
13. Ensure that our employee record-keeping and data processing procedures are followed according to government laws and company standards.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resource.
