Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
2. Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
3. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
5. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
6. Assist the HR staff in gathering market salary information
7. Assist in the planning of company events
8. Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
9. Coordinate new hire orientations
10. Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
2. Proven experience working in an office environment
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
4. The ability to work as part of a team
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent administrative and organizational skills
7. Effective communication skills
