1. Recruitment and onboarding:
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Offer negotiation.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
2. Admin & operations:
- Manage HR-related paperwork and documentation, including contracts, amendments, and leave records.
- Maintain and update the HR database and employee records.
- Assist in payroll activities.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
3. Employee relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and environment.
Working days: Monday - Saturday.
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 10 am - 6.30 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 3 pm (1 Saturday off in a month)
