Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
4. Support in drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process by providing necessary information and resources.
6. Aid in maintaining employee records and databases.
7. Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
8. Support the allied finance & administration in tasks.
9. Apply business and accounting knowledge to make sense of the transactions and challenges when necessary.
10. Conduct one-time verification, processing & accounting of payables/receivables.
