Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Hiring, identifying talent acquisition, talent mapping (identification of high potentials), and working with the founder to identify key functions
2. Sharing job description and rating the candidate based on various parameters as per the job description
3. Designing retention practices: grooming, learning & development, people retention & engagement
4. Following up with the candidates for interviews and sharing the interview schedules with them
5. Serving as a primary point of escalation and internal team member support for more complex cases, providing policy guidance and interpretation as needed
6. Taking full ownership of team member documentation including contracts, amendments, and all other items pertinent to the team member lifecycle
