1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
2. Conduct seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and orientation sessions are conducted
3. Administer HRMS to maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, and attendance
4. Assist in HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
5. Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, and recognition programs
6. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to asset tracking etc.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
8. Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in HR or related field
2. 1-2 years of HR experience
3. Proficiency in HRMS and Advanced Excel
4. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
