About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with brand identity, objectives, and target audience
2. Generate fresh and original ideas for various design projects, including branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website layouts
3. Use artistic flair and design expertise to craft visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that tell engaging stories and leave a lasting impression
4. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, priorities, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where ideas are valued, feedback is constructive, and creativity is encouraged

4. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and strategically

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

6. Passion for design and a commitment to staying updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 - 5,40,000 /year
