Graphic Designer Job

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: 1-2 years in a design house or an advertising agency.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree from the School of Art
Workplace: On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate visuals based on the copy given to him.
2. Design layouts of high professional standards.
3. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content bucket creation, concept generation and coordinate with a copywriter.

The projects may involve identity design, defining brand personality, defining brand language, setting communication tone, social media communication plan and execution, website UI, and print media may include stationery, brochures, leaflets, advertisements, or any other requirements of the client. The candidate may have to work for different clients for different requirements.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of good communicative English and Marathi is a must to understand the copy given to him and make visuals accordingly.
2. Understanding of aspects like target audience, campaign, etc.
3. Ability to generate ideas for campaigns, or various mediums of communication (print as well as digital) like brochures, hoarding, social media posts, etc. is an added advantage.
4. Should be well versed in making illustrations, photo manipulations, typographic layouts, etc. for various media campaigns, brochures, social media, etc., and so forth.
5. Should be able to design mock-ups, presentations, and PPTs, for the client.
6. If he/she has handled identity projects, it will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Diploma/Degree in communication design/product design with having interest in commercial art.
2. Staying in a 7- 10 km radius or someone who wishes to relocate to Borivali.
3. Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must.

Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
