Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop visually stunning and on-brand designs for various platforms, including print and digital media
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions
3. Create visually appealing and compelling digital content, such as images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and interactive media
4. Use digital tools and software for graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia production tasks
5. Ensure content is optimized for different digital platforms, considering various screen sizes and resolutions
6. Contribute to developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity
7. Maintain consistency in design elements across all marketing materials and communication channels
8. Design marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, banners, flyers, and advertisements
9. Create graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
10. Develop engaging content for social media posts
11. Write blog posts about industry-related topics and create content for expos and events
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
9. Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
10. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
