Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Enroll students in courses offered by the Institute
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls, and follow up on inquiries and database
3. Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement
4. Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details

Requirements and skills:

1. Minimum graduation required
2. Applicant should have basic English communication skills (speaking and writing understanding)
3. Must belong to Indore (M.P) or a nearby area
4. Must be confident, resourceful, and supportive with good communication skills
5. Problem analysis and problem-solving
6. Convincing skill
7. Teamwork
8. Ready to work in rotational shift and rotational week off
9. Ready to commute to work
10. Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 Yrs
