In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in Salesforce development and subsequently work on Salesforce projects. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are skilled in coding, possess a strong analytical mindset, and have hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in a structured training program to become proficient in salesforce development
2. Collaborate with our experienced salesforce development team to learn best practices and project execution
3. Customize, configure, and develop salesforce applications, components, and functionalities
4. Write, test, and maintain high-quality code for salesforce solutions
5. Troubleshoot and debug salesforce applications and resolve technical issues
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers, to deliver successful projects
7. Stay updated on the latest salesforce technologies, releases, and industry trends

1. Bachelors degree (2022 or later) in computer science (CS), information technology (IT), or ECE (Java/Python certification)
2. Strong programming skills with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or similar
3. Preference will be given to candidates with any coding certification
4. Quick learner with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
5. Eagerness to develop a career in Salesforce development and consulting
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
7. Salesforce certifications (if any) or willingness to obtain them post-training is a plus
