Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide top-tier sales support across remote channels (live video, etc.) to ensure great customer experiences
2. Sales Solutions: Offer personalized home furnishing solutions to maximize sales
3. Remote Selling: Use active selling techniques and digital tools to exceed customer expectations
4. Sales Targeting: Steer interactions to balance customer needs with business goals and achieve sales targets
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on IKEA products and commercial priorities to drive sales
6. Feedback & Insights: Share customer insights and feedback to improve processes and experiences
7. Sustainability: Act in line with IKEA's environmental and social commitments
