We are looking for a user experience associate intern to work on recruiting CRM's product design.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with the product and design team to curate a compelling yet simple user experience for our customers
2. Execute UX design in an agile, fast-moving environment
3. Work on being a passionate advocate for the user, and facilitate design solutions by partnering with our product team to incorporate customer insights throughout the creative process
4. Work towards ensuring adherence to design best practices, standards, and brand consistency
5. Create the user experience for the core journeys for customers and work closely with our product and engineering team to create high value for customers
6. Work on gathering and understanding the business and user requirements, creating user flows, and building high and low-fidelity wireframes
